It's been an outstanding weekend for having our friends visit from Virginia.  Our time together has been filled to the brim with activities and tours of this great City.....and it was finished off  on Sunday with a visit to our church, a fabulous Italian lunch on the deck, a leisurely walk on the trail, some goodies from the Strip District served as a light snack and a great card game!  I don't think we could have "squeezed in" much more than what we've experienced these past four days.

All is calm currently as we are getting ready to send them off for home....they have to be back in Virginia for the VA Tech football opener tomorrow night!  So until our next visitors we will rest up.....it's so much fun to show off our City and share with good friends the blessings of God!  Have a terrific Labor Day, my friends!  God bless!
