Okay, friends...it's Springtime.  Although the weather currently in Pittsburgh is cool, at least the sun is shining.  With all the blooming and budding going on, I hear mowers running and everyone is smiling a bit more.  That's what a good dose of Vitamin D does for a body....and for the mind!  However, I wasn't as good as I should have been when it came to decisions about food.  So, I look at my body and groan....so, anyone like to share some hints about how to decrease the size of our bodies?

Well, you know, I have the same problem. What to do about the "not ready for swimsuit ever again" body!

Let's all start with a "flush".
Just lots of water, and fruit.

That should give us a jump start.
Anyway, I'm thinking... I have an idea for uniting all of us middle-agers who have no time for the gym.....I'll keep you posted.

I'm relating to the "not ready for a swimsuit body". Tops are not being tucked in the slacks at this stage.... :) Time for me to get on the treadmill, elliptical and hit the bike trail THIS WEEK!

And one more comment - a number of years ago an acquaintance shared her exercise tip for weight loss - - pushing away from the table! That's one I need to do, too!
