I read an interesting sentence during my devotional time.  From Warren Wiersbe's devotional, "Prayer, Praise & Promises" come this quote, "When God puts us in the furnace, He always keeps His eye on the clock and His hand on the thermostat".  Although difficult to understand at times, I had to smile.  I've always been taught that as a maker of hand blown glass needs the hot fire for the molding process of his art, so must we at times go through a melding process of trials.  Those trials, orchastrated by God, enable us to realize we need the Lord to mold us and make us into the persons He desires us to be.

As I read the above quote, I was once again reminded that God knows...He sees, He understands and He realizes the potential we each possess.  But more importantly, He understands and is in full control of our limits.  That, my friends, is a neat reminder.  God bless!
